Tell us a bit about your background

I started my career in telecommunications at Dial-a-Phone when I left university and I enjoyed it so much I continued in the industry working at T-Mobile and Vodafone, with a short stint at the BBC when I was headhunted to join EE. I was later part of the integration team when BT bought EE. I then had four years at BT covering several roles across in the SME segment before joining Three in January this year.

I have been fortunate to have had many great roles in my career working with great people, learning from each company the good and the not so good practices which have helped me in my career to date.

I have really enjoyed the opportunities of working in both the consumer and business markets in my career with roles across sales, finance, purchasing, partner management, GTM, commercial and trading.

In a nutshell, describe your role and how it supports Three’s objectives

My role is to ensure that we achieve customer growth, market share and financial objectives through the management of the channels to market, commercials, pricing and promotions. I want to continue to strengthen Three Business’ position in the market.


What exciting new things are on the cards for Three Business?

At Three Business we are continuing to expand our market reach and channels to ensure that we offer the best value to customers in a competitive market. Three Business customers more than doubled in the first half of 2021. Together with the great progress we have with our network – the fastest 5G confirmed by Ookla – momentum is really building which will benefit our existing and new customers.

We want to offer flexibility and control to businesses to be able to manage their communications in a period of change in the way we do business in the UK. Boundless Business, which I launched with the team in July, is the first step in providing value, flexibility and control for our customers. We will continue to focus on our customers’ needs and develop propositions that resonate in the market for all businesses.
