Three UK has announced that it has launched high-speed mobile coverage at two more London Underground stations: Oxford Circus and Tottenham Court Road.

The company is working with Boldyn Networks to enable customers to access 4G across the entirety of the London Underground by the end of 2024, with 5G at the vast majority of locations. Additional stations, including Euston, Warren Street and Goodge Street, and tunnel to tunnel connectivity will be added in the autumn.

David Hennessy, Chief Technical Officer of Three UK said: “The expansion of our 4G and 5G coverage to two more iconic tube stations marks another milestone in the rollout of high-speed connectivity across the London Underground network. With coverage now in ten key stations, our customers can access the latest travel information across ticket halls and platforms, as well as scroll on social media, check their emails, make calls, and stream videos whilst they’re on the move.”
