Three launches new app to let customers call and text using Wi-Fi
Three is launching an app, Three in Touch, which will allow customers to talk and text using a Wi-Fi connection. The app will be available to all customers from early August and will be offered free to all our contract, SIM and Pay As You Go customers.
With Three in Touch customers can make and receive calls and text messages when they connect to Wi-Fi. It’s a free app which uses their existing monthly allowance or prepaid credit for any minutes or texts used. The service is seamless and uses the customers’ usual Three phone number.
Three in Touch will particularly improve the experience in places where there is typically no mobile signal.
