Three introduces SIM plans built for the internet as UK SIM market booms.
On 16 August, Three will re-launch its portfolio of SIM plans to cater for a nation of Savvy-SIM-ers looking for flexibility, great value and no UK out of bundle surprises when it comes to data.
Figures released by market research agency GfK, suggest that since June 2010 the total contract SIM market has grown considerably, up a staggering 34% in volume for June 2012 versus June 20101.
Additionally with ownership of data-hungry smartphones expected to reach over 80 per cent by the end of 2012, consumers are looking for flexible options that can best support their ever-growing data needs2.
Three’s new SIM plans have been built for the internet and designed with this group, known as Savvy SIM-ers, in mind. For those looking for flexibility and all-you-can-eat-data, The Ultimate Internet SIM 200 plan at £12.90 or The One Plan at £25.00 are both available on a one-month rolling contract, while still offering the fear free internet experience Three has become known for.
Alternatively, the Essential Internet SIM 200 plan, available from as little as £6.90 per month, is ideal for those who are new to the mobile internet or have the occasional need to get online. The plan has 500 MB of data on a 12 month contract, offering the guarantee of no surprise UK out of bundle data charges.
