The Acer Go is a new affordable smartphone that doesn’t compromise on looks or performance, and from today the black handset is available exclusively on Three.
Three customers can choose from a range of price plans to suit varying needs, starting at £9 a month with no up-front cost. All plans come complete with the network’s Feel At Home service – which lets you use your phone abroad in 18 destinations worldwide at no extra cost, including Spain, France, USA and Australia.

It’s also available to buy outright for £49.99 on Three’s market leading pay-as-you-go (PAYG) rates of 3p per minute, 2p per text and 1p per MB of data.
The Acer Go’s matte-black back and brushed steel-effect buttons serve to make the device look the part, while its four-inch WVGA screen offers a bright display that lets you see everything in vivid detail.
The smartphone boasts a 5MP auto-focus main camera, and 2MP front facing one, so you can capture those special moments on-the-go in great quality. The main camera also features an 89-degree wide-angle lens, LED flash, and enhanced exposure control, putting you fully in command of the pictures you take.
The Acer Go’s Float User Interface meanwhile allows multiple app windows to be open at any one time, enabling you to multitask and switch seamlessly between all of your favourite apps.
Better still, the smartphone’s Build Your Own Cloud (BYOC) app function enables you to sync multiple devices wirelessly and simultaneously, allowing you to access photos from your smartphone saved elsewhere, or listen to music stored on your desktop PC on the go – an ideal feature for the busy individual.
