Deliveroo and Wuntu make food the language of love by enabling virtual dinner dates with Italians
Food delivery service Deliveroo has teamed up with Three mobile’s rewards app Wuntu to create Milan Upon Thames, a world first dining experience where Londoners and Italians can enjoy virtual dates on London’s Southbank. – This event has been created off the back of the revelation that a quarter of Brits are scared to eat their favourite Italian dish on a date. So Three and Deliveroo are hoping to help people get over their fear by enabling Londoners to enjoy an authentic dinner while chatting live to an Italian ‘date’ from Milan.
The experience will be available from April 19-20. All you have to do is book a place at http://deliveroothree.
With limited spaces available, the public can sign up at and learn from the experts in a comfortable and homely dine at home setting. In-between bookings, the installation will be open for passersby to experience and have an Italian with an Italian!
