Tell us a little bit about yourself

My name is Priti (which means love) and I currently live in Maidenhead with my partner Sam. I was born & raised in Mumbai, India, so food, cricket & Bollywood are my go-tos. However, I have swapped cricket for tennis now.

Post my graduation in Electronics Engineering, I came to UK to do my Masters. Whilst pursuing my MBA, I joined the Three Oxford Store and never looked back. I have moved up the ranks and had the opportunity to work across various departments within the organisation.

Outside work, you will find me drinking cocktails, exploring new restaurants and ending my day with something sweet.

In a nutshell, describe your role and how you support our business objectives

Currently I wear two hats, I head up the New Proposition Development & Execution team and chair the Business Transformation Team.

Being Head of New Proposition Development and Execution means my team and I are responsible for the successful end to end delivery of all new propositions, services and products that enhance our customer experience and provide growth opportunities.

My team follows a process where we explore ideas and define requirements. If it meets customer and market needs, we create the business case, design the journey and approve it for build and delivery via a strong go-to-market launch across all our channels.

We are extremely excited with some of the new propositions we have planned via our transformation programme.

As a Business Transformation Team chair, I am the key influencing voice to ensure programme scopes and timelines are protected and transformation sticks. Currently, I’m working on the 3Vision programme, which is a programme that focuses on updating our systems and enhancing our customer and employee experiences.

Tell us about what 3Vision will do for our customers when the new systems go live?

3Vision is our Business Transformation Programme enabled by our new technology. It provides a strong foundation for our future and enables the transformation of our systems, trading capability, business processes and customer propositions.

It will allow us to offer our customers choice, flexibility and simplicity via our key new propositions. We will be able to build new and exciting promotions and trading offers in the marketplace. Our customer service teams will be able to provide speedier resolutions and faster interaction times to our customers.

What does a typical day look like in your role as you get ready for launch?

As you can imagine, no day is the same for me when it comes to launching new propositions along with a transformation programme.

One constant I have is our Daily Business Transformation Team stand up. All Business Transformation Team leads meet every day to make decisions, give direction or guide our programme teams to ensure we are on track for delivery of our company vision.

Overall, most of the day is filled with multitasking across meeting, emails, teams, WhatsApp’s, networking, collaborating, problem solving and formulating packs for presenting in various forums.

How are you finding hybrid working since we’ve returned to the office?

I am very proud of the flexibility Three offers to its employees. It’s great being able to come and work in our Green Park office. The building, facilities, landscape and floor layouts are so well thought through and cater to great collaboration with colleagues across different functions.

As part of the transformation programme readiness, our key partners have also been able to utilise the space to create test labs and stand-up areas, which has been extremely beneficial for problem solving and planning.

Give us a fun fact about yourself…

During the first two months of lockdown, I took up a challenge to cook a new dish every day for dinner and I ended up creating 60 dishes. We survived!
